The Spencerville Public Library has a collection of more than 11,000 books - picture books, fiction, non-fiction for adults, youth and children, books on CDs, videos, and periodicals.

Key facts – The people, economy, money, foreign exchange, visas, climate, passports, immunization, entry and departure, emergencies, internal travel information, map, airports and hotel accommodations plus forty-four survival terms in the local language.
Communications –country codes, city codes, calling from outside the country, making local and long-distance calls, international dialing guide, photos of public phones with instructions for use, using and renting cell phones, postal services, accessing the Internet, and local electrical requirements, including illustrations of electrical plugs.

A to Z Maps Online is a collection of thousands of antique and modern maps and charts from around the world. Many interesting chartable items too numerous to mention, like hurricanes, weather patterns, fishing, bird migration, GIS, NASA, and volcanoes.

Storytime For ages 2 to 6 from 10:30am to 11:30am on the last Saturday of each month.
Adult Book Club Come and share what you have been reading with us. Usually the third Wednesday of the month at 1:30pm.
Computers High Speed Internet access is available on our computers free of charge. Photocopying, computer printing, and fax services are also available.
Yarns Over Yarn
Do you have knots in your knitting, kinks in your crochet, or faults in your floss? Bring your work to our bi-monthly evening sessions to get help, work on your project, and listen to some yarns. Second and Fourth Wednesday evenings, 7:00 pm.
Displays
Our walls display the photographs, paintings or drawings of local artists. Our curio cabinet offers a display of collectables. If you have a collection to display, or are a local artist with work to hang, please come and see us.
